Responsibilities: + Install, troubleshoot, and repair Dish Satellite TV systems, ensuring a high-quality signal and customer satisfaction. + Conduct site surveys to determine the best positioning of the satellite dish and equipment for optimal signal reception. + Provide customers with additional product solutions, including TV mounts, home security cameras, smart doorbells, and other smart home devices, enhancing their overall setup. + Educate customers on the use and benefits of their new Dish TV service and additional smart home products, ensuring a seamless user experience. + Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of equipment, work orders, and customer interactions. + Follow all safety protocols and company policies during installations and while driving to and from job sites. Requirements: + Independent contractor status (1099), responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and work-related expenses. + Own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. + Must have your own tools, ladder, and a smartphone with a data plan for job communication and documentation. + Experience in satellite dish installations, home theater setups, or smart home technology is highly preferred. + Excellent technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. + Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete work orders within assigned deadlines. + Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
