The Omni Richmond Hotel is hiring for a reliable, hard-working Dishwasher to join its Back of the House team. As a Dishwasher, you will be in charge of the dish pit and must ensure it remains clean, well organized and in compliance of work safety regulations. Maintaining the cleanliness of other Back of the House areas, such as the Employee Cafeteria, are also required of this position. At Omni, you are more than just a Dishwasher - you are a Mess and Sanitation Specialist! For without you, we would be faced with an unsanitary mess... literally.

Ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, pots, and pansAssisting with loading and unloading supplies and productsMaintaining a clean and organized dish-washing areaAdhering to all food safety and hygiene standardsEnsuring compliance with outlined safety procedures, as well as hotel policies and proceduresAssisting Front of the House team by busing tables as neededMaintaining temperatures and chemical levels of dish-washing machine as outlined by provided standards.Sweeping and moping kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.Removing trash and placing it in designated containers.
