OVERVIEW: 

To maintain all assigned areas in a manner that represents a constant image of cleanliness, order, and sanitation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing areas Sweep the kitchen floor after each meal Sweep and spot mop dining room floor Empty trash Mop the kitchen floor after the last meal of the day Prepare clean-up pans, cleaning cloths, and spatulas for each table

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Team player Great communication skills

EQUIPMENT USED: 

Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift up to 50. Ibs
