We are currently seeking FT Dishwashers to join our team!!

Responsibilities:

 The primary purpose of this position is to maintain safe sanitary plateware, dishes and utensils while keeping a safe sanitary kitchen area. This position works as part of a team to provide support dining services to the Residents and Patients of St. Camillus

Additional Responsibilities:

Possess knowledge of Dining Services operations policies and procedures.Follows all HACCP guidelines (which include sanitation and food safety).Answers the phone and to provide resident requests in a timely manner.Works in the dish room. Must be able to scrape dishes, rack and load dirty dishes and unload clean dishes. Disassemble dish machine and clean it. Reassemble dish machine and set it up for washing dishes.Puts clean dishes where they belong.Wash pots and pans using the 3-sink method as needed.Manage dish inventory.Clean equipment, storage areas and general cleaning in the kitchen. Uses chemicals for cleaning properly. Knowledge of Material Data Safety Sheets.Take out garbage and recyclables.Must be neat, clean and organized at all times.Responsible for employee injury prevention, follows safety rules, and addresses safety issues with supervisor. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
