What You Will Be Doing Comply with all Six Flags policies and procedures Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine, then sort and stack clean dishes Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions Other duties as assigned by management How You Will Do It Assemble/disassemble dish machine Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry Notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures Never touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first Clean dish machine, inside and outside, pot sinks and surrounding areas including garbage disposals Remove trash and garbage to dumpster General cleanup of kitchen as directed by management Clean and roll/unroll mats, clean all tables, sinks, and counters throughout kitchen area What You Will Need Must be 18 or over Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines Must be a friendly and outgoing team player
