Hilton Garden Inn-Buffalo Airport, 4201 Genesee Street, Cheektowaga, NY 14225

The Hilton Garden Inn-Buffalo Airport is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

 

Responsibilities include:

Operate the dish machine.  Clean, maintain and sanitize all areas of dining room and kitchen as well as cleans outside grounds to ensure that guests have a clean and safe place to dine. Operate the dish and pot washing machines during and after meal periods. Removes trash containers from food production area before and after meal periods. Clean, sanitize, sweep, mop and vacuum the dining room and lobby.  Cleans outside area nearest to kitchen as well as dumpster area ensuring all kitchen garbage is disposed of. Providing assistance as needed in the kitchen areas including bussing, cleaning, general cleaning of food and beverage prep areas.

What You Bring:

One year previous food and beverage or similar preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service is necessary.

Pay range: $15.25-$16.00
