ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean, organized and safe working station. Communicate with co-workers at shift change. Assist with putting away deliveries, rotating and organizing. Load, run and unload dish machine. Keep dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems to the supervisor. Comply with food service policies and procedures. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware. Assist in food prep assignments when applicable. Be willing and able to help co-workers as situations arise. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. Break down all boxes and dispose of them in the designated area. Help in bussing of tables when necessary, under certain situations. Must maintain hand washing since supplies and take out the trash. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
