If selected to be part of the team that writes live entertainment shows, events, and projects, you will report to the Manager of Creative Development Resources.
**This is a full-time 6-month internship** **(dates are June 14, 2025, through January 3, 2026).**
**What You Will Do**
Collaborate with and support the Music Production Team by supporting the production of music resources for live shows including parades, stage shows, and special events on and off the Disney property and onboard the Disney Cruise Line, and other Disney Park sites.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Researching and compiling music assets to be used in the creative process
+ Participating in brainstorming sessions
+ Music file preparation, duplication, documentation, and storage
+ Assist in venue mixes
+ Assist in voiceovers and instrumental recording sessions
+ Supporting music producers with all aspects of music production
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
+ Experience in music production and recording processes
+ Familiarity with current trends in the music, entertainment, and industry.
+ Proficiency with music production software
+ Ability to read music
+ Understanding of both the artistic aspect and business practices within the music industry
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience as a musician
+ Familiarity with the Disney brand, stories, lore, and music
+ Earning or completing MFA in a **Music Business or Music Production-related field**
**Education**
+ Currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate-level student pursuing a degree in **Music, Music Production, or Music Business**
**Eligibility Requirements & Program Information**
+ Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
+ Be at least 18 years of age
+ Possess unrestricted work authorization
+ Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
+ Be compliant with The Disney Look (http://disneycasting.net/downloads/wdpr/Disney\_Look\_Book.pdf) appearance guidelines
+ Fully available Sunday through Saturday, for the duration of the internship, 40 hours per week
+ Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
+ Possess a valid US driver’s license and have the ability to operate a company vehicle
+ Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
+ Able to provide own housing for the duration of internship program in Florida

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $ 18.75 per hour.
