Disney Theatrical Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales and Ticketing Intern to join our Sales and Analytics team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the Sales and Analytics team and gain valuable experience in sales analytics, ticketing operations, email and SMS marketing, guest services and group sales.
This internship is a full-time commitment in the NYC, New York area from May 27, 2025 - August 8, 2025. A cover letter is required for the Disney Theatrical Group Sales and Ticketing Intern, Summer 2025 position.
What You Will Do:
Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities, including preparing and refreshing sales reports, maintaining tracking documents, and performing audits on sales channels to ensure up-to-date and accurate policies and pricing. Attend weekly sales and marketing update meetings.
Generate reports on ticket sales performance and identify opportunities for dynamic pricing and process improvement.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all ticket buyers through guest services platform, Zendesk. Contribute to the development of customer service best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of ticket sales, customer information, and other relevant data using ticketing systems.
Collaborate with the CRM marketing team to analyze and evaluate the success of marketing and sales strategies.
Support the Groups and Tourism Sales team with analysis of industry trends.
Conduct research on current Broadway musical ticket prices and analyze prices across various productions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong proficiency with at least one data analysis tool (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
Experience working in collaborative environments and managing multiple projects
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for live theatre, music, dance and the arts
Familiarity with ticketing systems a plus, but not necessary
Education:
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, theater, music, or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization

Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm EST for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York City, New York area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
The pay rate for this role in New York is $22 per hour.
