This role involves scheduling shipments, managing driver routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and addressing any issues that arise during transportation Responsibilities:Assign loads to drivers and ensure they have proper documentation and support throughout their routeMonitor and track loads to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issuesBe point of contact for customers regarding delivery statusEnsure all operations comply with Federal, State and Local regulationsUnderstand and monitor hours of service to ensure compliance with DOT regulationsQualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or GED RequiredExperience in TMS and transportation networksAbility to work directly with customers and drivers in a daily basisExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and OfficePossess a strong attention to detail to ensure proper tracking and reportingDemonstrated Organizational Skills / Reading / ComprehensionAbility to Work Independently & Manage Time Wisely Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $18.00 / hourMedical, Vision, Dental available401K and Referral Bonus Program
