Job DescriptionProvide the highest level of customer service and satisfactionCommunicate and interact with customers as well as internal team members to ensure proper order status, delivery arrangements, and serviceReceive any incoming customer service callsSchedule and coordinate all service calls and adjust drivers’ daily schedules as requiredMonitor drivers throughout the day via the dispatch systemCreate the next day driver schedule ensuring customer needs are metAdd new customer jobs and tickets to the computer system (TCR)Conduct job service checks for jobs that have been out for 30 days or moreComplete a “final edit” of each job ensuring the ticket has all the required information for billingInteract and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels of employees, management, vendors, customers, and external partnersPerform other functions as necessary or as assigned

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of experience; or any combination of education, experience, and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilitiesStrong leadership skills to ensure drivers’ compliance with direction and assignmentsBasic understanding of the geographical area and mapping programs to facilitate efficient routingProficient with or able to quickly learn dispatch and record-keeping systems.Ability to work independently with little instruction and adapt to change at a fast pace and under pressureHigh integrity and a strong work conceptAbility to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness.High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibility  Proven ability to work collaboratively with othersExcellent communication and time management skillsStrong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude

The hiring range for this position is $20-$22 per hour. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
