Dispatch Administrator
Job Title: Dispatch Administrator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory and deployment of equipment to ensure smooth operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities + Maintain and manage equipment inventory, ensuring all equipment is tracked and accounted for. + Coordinate the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from various locations. + Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and procurement of equipment. + Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment needs are met. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of experience in dispatch coordination. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. + Typing speed of 40 words per minute. Work Environment The position will work 100% onsite, with the possibility of remote work due to weather conditions with manager approval. This is a full-time, hourly position. The standard work schedule is 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. This schedule may change based on business needs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
