Ferguson is currently seeking Dispatch Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is an upbeat and highly motivated individual who takes an optimistic approach to new challenges and embraces the Company's strategic vision; a person that thrives when working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team environment to effectively lead and drive process improvements

This position leads a team of hourly employees working a 6am - 3pm schedule.

ResponsibilitiesLead and develop fleet associates, dispatchers, and driversDevelops schedules, methods and routes; analyzes costs; coordinates customs clearances and permitsPlan and direct transport and distribution activities so that the organization's goods and materials are transported safely and cost-effectively and that they arrive at their destination on time and in good conditionCommunicates with drivers, sales associates and customers daily on issues, changes, delivery status, late deliveries, amendments to route, local pickups, etc.Maintain truck and route files for DOT compliance, IFTA compliance, company complianceTrack and coordinate truck maintenance

Qualifications5 - 10 years prior experience in shipping, dispatching, or other operational rolesExperience managing a team of 20 - 30 employeesRouting software experience is requiredProficient with all Microsoft applicationsAbility to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as needed.

Pay Range:

$4,537.80 - $9,982.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
