Qualifications:

Required:

3-5 years of medical dispatch experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentBasic Life Support (CPR)Basic TelecommunicatorIAED EMDHAZMAT & CBRNE AwarenessICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800

Preferred:

Associates degreeACPE-SPO

Certifications and Licenses Required:

Basic Life Support (CPR)New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or National Registry EMT BasicBasic TelecommunicatorIAED EMDHAZMAT & CBRNE AwarenessICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800

Scheduling Requirements:

Full-Time, Nights40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health Provide oversight and support of the dispatchers who are responsible for answering 9-1-1 and other calls, screening them according to the IAED ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resources
