A top client is looking for a Dispatch Technician to work on site in San Antonio, TX. Candidate will be responsible for all first line of defense call ins from internal customers. Day to day tasks will include answering inbound calls and coordinating next steps to ensure tickets get completed at a timely manner. Candidate must have great customer service, able to multitask, and good overall computerskills.
