**Summary** **CHENEGA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, LLC** Fort Sill, OK The **Dispatcher, Motor Vehicle** utilizes the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) to dispatch equipment and vehicles on a recurring basis. **Responsibilities** + Input customer density listings to establish and manage maintenance services, repairs, dispatching, and reporting in accordance with established regulations and procedures. + Coordinate Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP) with customers as required. + Maintain vehicle service schedules in GCSS-Army and coordinate the services with both the shop and customers. + Opes service work orders using GCSS-Army. + Update equipment usages on a monthly basis. + Create and distribute dispatches on a monthly basis. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + High School graduate or equivalent. + Minimum one (1) year experience with keyboard data entry devices preferred **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for computer access. + Clerical and computer or other experience, which requires familiarity with the scheduling. + Prior dispatching experience is preferred. + Must present a neat appearance and pleasant attitude when dealing with customers and other employees. + Experience with GCSS-Army preferred. + Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred. **Physical Demands** (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
