We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher with strong Excel expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making processes. This role requires a thorough understanding of data analysis methodologies and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Able to dispatch daily utility jobs to field service techs via computer for residential and / or commercial accounts.

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to dispatch utility jobs to field service techs first thing in the mornings and periodically throughout the dayPossess good communication skills which are essential for dealing with field service techs and customersAnalyze and interpret data sets to provide insights and recommendationsUtilize advanced Excel functions (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) to manage, manipulate, and visualize dataDevelop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and models to track key performance indicators (KPI's) and other business metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical supportClean and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistencyIdentify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to inform business strategiesPresent findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerAbility to intensely focus on multiple tasks throughout the dayRoute work to field service technicians by dispatching work orders to a handheld deviseGood organization skills are necessary to sort and separate field service work orders and send to service techs in the fieldGood working knowledge of computers and software systems is essential in sending, receiving, and reviewing ordersAssist with administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED,Minimum one year experience in industry-specific knowledge and/or related experience (i.e. customer service)Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical roleAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, functions, and data visualization toolsExperience with data cleaning, data validation and data transformation processValid Motor Vehicle Driver’s LicenseReliable transportation to and from work locationAbility to operate office equipment on a daily basisAbility to take and pass a background and pre – employment drug screen

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

PC skills using Outlook, Word and ExcelMust be able to communicate professionally and tactfully with customers. Must have good active listening skillsHave the ability to work independently in the absence of a supervisorHave the ability to use good judgement and make sound decisions in accordance with policies and proceduresFollow oral and written instructionsProvide accurate documentation to management

Physical abilities or demands:

Sedentary work, ability to sit for long periods of timeMust be able to lift 10 or more pounds on occasionMust have good hearing and have a clear speech.  As well as be able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
