Ferguson is currently hiring a dedicated Dispatcher to join our distribution team. If you have an interest in purchasing and logistics and a desire to learn new things then this is the position for you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm or until completion

Responsibilities:Communicates with drivers daily on route progress, changes, and issuesWorks alongside sales team on issues, late deliveries, amendments to route, local pickups, etcCommunicates with customers on delivery statusesMaintain truck and route files for DOT compliance, IFTA compliance, company complianceSupervise and coordinate truck maintenance with local providersMaintain driver personnel files for complianceCoordinate last minute additional runs via our truck or courierWorks alongside the shipping manager

Qualifications:High school diploma/GED2+ years prior dispatching experienceExperience in shipping preferredProficiency in Microsoft OutlookFleetwise software experience preferred but willing to teach the right candidateWell organized, strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalismContinued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practicesOut of the box problem solver with a strong sense of urgency

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
