The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and tracking outgoing truck deliveries. This position's schedule will be M-F, 9am-6pm, on-site at our New Haven, IN facility.

Responsibilities Daily point of contact for sales and carriersSchedule all outgoing deliveriesAnticipate potential problems, analyze data and trends, resolve problems, and recommend solutionsGenerate and maintain reports using Excel and other systemsMaintain accuracy of all paperwork and reporting with confidentiality of sensitive informationCreate and maintain relevant information in ERP and transportation systemFunctional backup in logisticsAll other tasks as assigned Qualifications

Required:

Work experience of 5+ years in office environmentStrong attention to detailStrong math and problem-solving skillsExcellent team playerWorking knowledge in Microsoft Office with an advanced working knowledge in Excel

Preferred:

Previous dispatching experienceExperience in using D365 and TMX
