Responsibilities:
Receive incoming service calls for one or more locations. Prioritize and dispatch service calls with best available Technician to complete job. Create Service Requests in Oracle system and assign to designated Technician. Redirect calls not pertaining directly to dispatching duties to the appropriate party in a timely manner. Maintain Technician on call schedule. Ensure proper communication with customer to gather all pertinent information for service call. Consistently follow-up with customer to ensure completion and satisfaction. Promote the sale and implementation of service agreements to customers. Provide administrative assistance to Service Manager. Perform other assignments as directed by manager in support of service operations. Complete all timesheets accurately and send out weekly in the timeframe required by HR and Management. Work with Project Coordinator and Sales team to ensure all Prevailing Wage jobs are noted on timesheets.
