Our client, a leading storage and distribution center in Carson, CA, is seeking a Dispatcher to join their dedicated team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform B2C fulfillment including managing returns, relabeling, and reworksRespond quickly to issues or emergencies that arise during transportationCollaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics and enhance service deliveryProvide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concernsEnsure smooth and timely operations, meeting company and customer expectationsRequired Experience & Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in B2C fulfillmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks efficientlyProficient in logistics management and problem-solvingA customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver excellent serviceSchedule & Compensation:
Monday to Friday8:00 AM - 4:30 PM$17.00 - $18.00
