This role involves monitoring and managing various transportation systems, accurately documenting activities, and ensuring excellent service for drivers, staff, and customers. **Essential Functions** + Courteously communicate with drivers, staff, and customers. + Take and log Dial-A-Ride reservations with accurate trip details, including: + Customer name, phone number, and trip details (origin/destination). + Special accommodations like PCA, service animals, or mobility devices. + Fare confirmation and ticket/token payment processing if needed. + Dispatch multiple transportation systems, including Dial-A-Ride, Transfort, and NEMT. + Monitor driver performance, ensuring on-time service and addressing delays or issues. + Schedule and finalize daily manifests, ensuring proper vehicle and driver assignments. + Maintain efficient communication through MDT messages, phone calls, and text notifications. + Conduct vehicle checks, track vehicle assignments, and communicate updates to relevant teams. + Document all activities, incidents, and out-of-the-ordinary events for transparency and tracking. + Respond promptly to urgent transportation needs, vehicle breakdowns, or schedule changes. **What We’re Looking For** + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. + Exceptional communication and customer service abilities. + Proficiency in managing trip reservations, dispatching, and vehicle scheduling. + Familiarity with systems such as Trapeze, RouteMatch, ModivCare, and others is a plus. + Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and resolve issues promptly. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay at $20 per hour. + Be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. + A collaborative and supportive work environment. **Don’t wait—APPLY NOW** and make a meaningful impact in this dynamic role! **Equal Opportunity Employer** **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
