Dispatcher Job Details Job Location Corporate Office - Weedsport, NY Position Type Full Time Education Level 2 Year Degree Salary Range $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 Hourly Travel Percentage None Job Shift Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Category Transportation Description T he dispatcher is responsible for the weekly optimization of all assigned trucks in regard to: + Smooth conveyance of materials or freight for normal operations, service, or emergency needs using the load progression workflow to direct drivers to the appropriate locations according to customer needs. + Using excellent communication and problem-solving skills when engaging with drivers or customers to resolve shipping requirements or concerns. + Communicating regularly with the terminal manager to ensure terminal flow and profitability.
