With strategic footholds in the transportation and industrial markets, we have been able to capitalize on existing and emerging technologies to become one of the major electrical contractors on Long Island. **SUMMARY** Welsbach Electric Corp. of L.I., a large electrical contractor, is looking for a part-time, entry-level Dispatcher. Responsibilities include dispatching appropriate personnel to respond to calls within contractual timeframes. This position is from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturdays and may require staying later during occasional storms or instances of high volumes of calls. Duties also include light typing and filing. This position is ideal for college students. **Compensation Range:** $17.00 - $19.00 per hour **Other Compensation:** This position is bonus eligible **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Include the following, other duties may be assigned: + Answering telephones + Dispatching + Light typing + Filing **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
