We are searching for somebody with experience in the HVAC industry who is motivated, personable, and results-driven. Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments.Create and manage service dispatch tickets.Schedule pending jobs when parts arrive.Manage maintenance agreements, billing, and scheduling.Update customer records with new information, and maintain customer history and service files.Handle warranty parts returns and invoice logs.Conduct customer satisfaction calls and surveys.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in the Heating and Cooling industry2+ years of customer service experienceAbility to multitask and maintain organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills
