Our client, a leading beverage distribution company, is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team in Elizabeth, NJ. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, dispatching units efficiently, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and prioritize incoming emergency and non-emergency callsDispatch crews, vehicles, or other units to appropriate locationsMonitor unit locations and statuses, providing necessary updatesMaintain detailed records of calls and activitiesAddress and resolve issues by providing information or solutions

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to give clear instructions under pressureExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to think critically and solve problems efficientlyProficiency with computers and relevant softwareAccurate and fast data entry skillsKnowledge of emergency procedures and guidelines

Starting at $20/hrTwo shifts available:5:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Tuesday - Friday (Mondays as needed)10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday (Mondays as needed)
