Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position.

Schedule outbound deliveries of product to jobsites and transfers to other locations and assign to local, backhaul and/or contract trucks. May also oversee delivery of inbound deliveries to the local sales yard or plant.Communicate with customer, company associates and management regarding shipment of orders including service and shipping issues as well as complaint resolution.Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.Receives brick, stone, and other masonry materials into inventory through the operating system.Compiles data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports and writes, types, or enter information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping or other records.Purchasing and ReceivingBill PayingSchedule forklift maintenance


Work Experience

2+ years of related experienceMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is preferred.
