You will be the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and the management team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Schedule and dispatch electricians and HVAC technicians to residential service calls. + Communicate effectively with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates. + Monitor technicians’ locations and availability to optimize efficiency. + Maintain accurate records of service calls, job status, and technician notes in the system. + Prioritize emergency and urgent service calls based on company protocols. + Assist in managing work order flow, ensuring all jobs are assigned appropriately. + Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts. + Work closely with the operations team to balance workloads and maximize productivity. + Track job completion status and follow up on any delays or rescheduling needs. + Maintain clear communication with technicians regarding job details, required materials, and any special instructions. Qualifications + Previous experience as a dispatcher in the home services industry (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) is preferred. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Service Titan Experience a plus! Must have ability to use scheduling software, CRM systems, or dispatch management tools. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure. + Familiarity with electrical and HVAC terminology is a plus. + Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
