Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in Yorba Linda, California. This role is situated in the industrial loading dock and door equipment manufacturing industry. As a Dispatcher, your main function will be to link our customers with our sales and service departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities: • Serve as a crucial link between customers and our sales and service departments. • Handle customer and sales personnel requests for service. • Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians and contractors to complete required work. • Manage the ordering of parts, products, and equipment to meet customer needs. • Coordinate the shipment and installation of ordered items. • Ensure accurate invoicing for services rendered and products delivered. • Review completed jobs and analyze profitability to ensure business efficiency. • Maintain high-quality customer service standards. • Manage high volume order entry and fulfillment tasks. • Exhibit strong time management and organization skills in all tasks. Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. • Prior experience in dispatching is required. • Proficient in call center customer service, with the ability to handle high volume calls. • Demonstrated competence in order entry and order fulfillment. • Basic office skills such as typing, filing, and photocopying are a must. • Knowledge or experience in the construction industry is beneficial. • Excellent multitasking ability and organizational skills are essential. • Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
