Description We are offering an employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in Tualatin, Oregon. In this role, you will be a critical link between dispatchers and couriers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient data entry. Responsibilities: • Receive and process information, ensuring it reaches couriers accurately and promptly. • Handle a high volume of orders, entering data meticulously into the dispatch system. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office Suites for data management and communication purposes. • Engage with customers through phone calls, providing assistance and addressing their inquiries. • Implement proper spelling and typing accuracy in all forms of communication. • Ensure consistent availability and engagement during work hours, minimizing personal distractions such as cell phone use. • Display flexibility in adjusting to varying work schedules. • Uphold dependable and solid transportation arrangements. • Maintain an achievement oriented personality, ensuring effective communication with a diverse range of people. • Exercise tech-savviness, particularly in typing and data entry, to execute tasks efficiently.
