Description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher and Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication with drivers and customers, and accurate documentation handling. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking while providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Document Management + Review and process incoming messages, ensuring timely responses. + Print, scan, and email necessary documents as required. + Organize driver paperwork from the previous day according to company standards. + Break down and prepare documentation for billing processes. Driver Monitoring and Support + Track drivers via the e-log system to ensure they are on route and adhering to speed limits. + Communicate with drivers regarding any issues or deviations. + Assist with paperwork for state, annual exams, and safety tests for drivers. Customer and Driver Interaction + Answer phones and address inquiries from drivers and customers. + Provide real-time updates and support to customers regarding load status. + Assist drivers with dispatch loads and other operational needs. Billing and Settlements + Perform billing tasks using the ProfitTools system + Process settlements and manage payment-related documentation. Requirements + Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer service is a plus. + Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Willingness to learn new software systems (e.g., ProfitTools). + Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.
