Description A leading field service company in Vista is looking for a resourceful Dispatcher who can manage service routes and communicate effectively with technicians and customers. Key Responsibilities: + Schedule and dispatch technicians for service routes, ensuring timely service delivery. + Monitor and adjust daily routes to accommodate emergencies or last-minute scheduling changes. + Communicate effectively with technicians to provide updates and troubleshoot issues in the field. + Maintain accurate and detailed records of job assignments, times, and locations. + Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and answering inquiries about service schedules. + Collaborate with team leads and management to optimize logistical operations and maintain KPIs. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in a dispatching or scheduling role, preferably in a service-based industry. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations. + Proficiency with dispatching software and/or GPS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + High school diploma required; additional education or certification in logistics is a plus.
