Description An established company in Vista is looking for a highly organized and reliable Dispatcher to oversee the scheduling and tracking of operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with dispatching experience who thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: + Schedule, track, and monitor the movement of personnel, vehicles, or shipments. + Communicate effectively with drivers, technicians, or service teams to provide real-time updates. + Handle incoming emergency or urgent requests from clients and coordinate accordingly. + Maintain logs, dispatch records, and ensure accurate data entry into the system. + Resolve scheduling conflicts and assist in optimizing routes to improve efficiency and timeliness. Requirements + 1–3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in [logistics, service industry, etc.]. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relay clear and concise instructions. + Familiarity with dispatching software and systems preferred. + High school diploma required; additional certifications or training in dispatch management is a plus.
