Description We are searching for a diligent Dispatcher to join our team in Taylors, South Carolina. As a Dispatcher, your main role will be to handle a high volume of inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and manage dispatching tasks. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle around 100 inbound calls daily. • Deliver high-quality customer service to all callers. • Manage dispatching tasks effectively. • Provide support related to heating and air service agreements. • Utilize computer programs and CRM to maintain and update customer records. • Use IBM AS/400 and other management systems to monitor customer accounts. • Perform billing functions accurately and promptly. • Manage and utilize the 'About Time' system effectively. • Leverage your skills in ADP - Financial Services for efficient job execution. • Ensure clear and effective communication with all customers. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required. • Ability to effectively use computer programs. • Experience with CRM systems is necessary. • Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is essential. • Previous experience with management systems. • Proficiency in using About Time software. • Ability to provide answers and solutions effectively. • Experience in answering inbound calls. • Ability to handle billing functions proficiently. • Excellent communication skills. • Previous experience in dispatching. • Experience in a call center customer service role. • Exceptional customer service skills.
