Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in the Construction/Contractor industry, based in Ceres, California, 95307, United States. As a Dispatcher, your role will encompass a variety of tasks including managing communication, coordinating schedules, and providing superior customer service. You will also be tasked with managing financial records using QuickBooks. Responsibilities: • Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, utilizing bilingual Spanish skills • Coordinate schedules and appointments efficiently • Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone • Handle clerical tasks and maintain organized records • Use QuickBooks for financial management tasks • Navigate a fast-paced environment, effectively multitasking as needed • Ensure all visitors are greeted and assisted promptly • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
