Act as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and sharing information about products and services. Organize and assign tasks to service technicians to maximize productivity and meet deadlines. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and dispatch schedules. Work closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Generate and analyze reports to monitor dispatch performance and customer service outcomes. Identify areas for improvement in dispatch workflows and enhance customer service practices. Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, customer service, or similar areas is advantageous. At least 2 years of dispatch experience, ideally within the material-handling or a related sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail. Proficient in dispatch software and experienced with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-pressure work environment.
