We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Security Dispatcher to join our team. As a Security Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching security personnel in response to various incidents and emergencies. You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of security protocols, effectively managing communication between security teams, clients, and emergency services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch Security Personnel: Monitor and respond to security calls, dispatching security officers to specific locations based on incidents, emergencies, or scheduled duties. Monitor Surveillance Systems: Continuously observe video surveillance systems, alarm systems, and access control data, identifying potential security breaches or incidents. Coordinate Emergency Response: Act as the central point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with security personnel, local law enforcement, medical teams, or fire services as needed. Maintain Logs and Reports: Accurately log all incidents, calls, and dispatch activities. Prepare and file incident reports, ensuring that detailed and factual information is recorded. Communicate Effectively: Relay clear and concise instructions to security officers, ensuring they understand their assignments. Maintain open communication to provide support and updates as incidents unfold. Ensure Compliance: Follow all security protocols, procedures, and local laws to ensure safety and security are maintained at all times. Assist with Scheduling: Help with scheduling security personnel shifts and monitoring their attendance, ensuring adequate coverage at all times. Provide Support to Clients: Assist clients with security-related inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Perform Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Security Operations Manager, including managing equipment, conducting inventory checks, and supporting training efforts.
