BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry across the USA is hiring Dispatchers to be based at our Operations Center in Astoria, NY 11105. Available Dispatcher shifts include: Morning/ Afternoon Primary Dispatcher Responsibilities include: + Assigning reservations and dispatching Chauffeurs. + Maintaining contact with Chauffeurs to ensure the delivery of superior service to our clientele. + Monitoring flight schedules, airports activities and traffic conditions to help Chauffeurs proactively respond to potential service disruptions. The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: + Experience dispatching preferably with a ground transportation company. + Able to stay composed dealing with high volume of changing data. + Experienced using Excel + Great organizational skills with an eye for details. + Excellent communication skills. If you possess these additional qualifications, it’s a plus! + Experience using Santa Cruz.
