THE JOB:

As a Room Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely room service delivery to our guests. You will be responsible for managing and distributing orders, collaborating with food servers, and maintaining exceptional guest service throughout each shift. Your ability to stay organized and communicate clearly with both guests and the service team will set the stage for a flawless in-room dining experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.2061

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Log and track all orders, assigning them to Food Servers, and ensuring every order is delivered promptly and accurately.Create the checks for the guest's orders.Handle guest requests professionally over the telephone.Maintain excellent communication with Food Servers, Runners, Buspersons, and other team members to ensure smooth service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 21 years of age or older.High School Diploma, GED or educational equivalent.2+ Years of prior relevant experience with customer service over the phone.Effective communication skills.
