Responsibilities Answer customer calls within a busy officeSet and schedule technician appointments for jobsEnter customer data into the computerRespond in a timely fashion to customer queriesResolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/educationOne or more years of experience as a dispatcherAvailability to work flexible hours including weekendsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentA strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devicesExcellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointmentsDemonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet and exceed set goalsExcellent customer service skills and experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computerComputer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and WordKnowledge of the local geographic territoryIf interested in joining our team and growing your career, please apply today!
