We believe the best environment in which to grow and thrive is outside our comfort zone.We believe that whilegood designmakes fora goodexperience, human-centered design makes for an excellent one. **Contributions** **Contributions** As a **Disruption Designer** , you willbe responsible forguiding government clients through our _Design Intelligence™_ framework;incorporating human-centeredand design thinkingmethods tofocus on the peopleimpactedby transformation and change engaging them to embrace and adapt to new ways of working while identifying and mitigating areas of resistance. **Responsibilities** **:** + Develop training and pilot plans in partnership with stakeholders and product teams + Establish strong communications channels and build rapport and trust quickly with stakeholders + Ensure all deliverables across a variety of projects are produced at the highest quality + Develops training documentation, including curriculum and materials + Leads end user and/or Train-the-Trainer delivery + Facilitate discovery and innovation workshops for a range of stakeholders using human-centered methods, tools, and best practices to determine change readiness/resistance + Synthesize research and data and craft compelling stories to communicate insights that will shape transformation and change enablement + Develop and deploy communication plans in partnership with key stakeholders and their customers + Develop, deploy, and measure key performance indicators for adoption + Develop change management plans that articulate actionable recommendations for organizational and workflow improvement, with an emphasis on enabling change adoption within technical teams + Collaborate and communicate stakeholder and user needs on a cross functional team within an agile environment + Supports rollouts with administration, communication, and tracking **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance + 3+ years of experience inchange management andwell-versed inchangemanagement best practices and models  + Demonstrated experience incommunication planning and delivery + Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training plans and curriculum  + A natural curiosity for solving problems coupled with strong analytical skills + A collaborative nature with excellent written communication and presentation skills + Experience workingin aproject-based environment + Degree, and/or equivalent experience + Must be able to travel internationally **Preferred Skills:** + Previouswork experience in or with the federal government + Previouswork experience as a consultant + Change Managementcertifications (i.e. Prosci) + Experience inHuman-Centered Design / Customer Experience Design + Experience working on multi-disciplinary, cross-functionalteams including Service Designers, UX and UI designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, and solution architects + Experience working within an Agiledeliveryframework **About** **steampunk** **About Steam** **punk** Steampunk is a  **Change Agent**  in the Federal contracting industry, bringing new thinking to clients in the Homeland, Federal Civilian,Healthand DoD sectors.  Through our  **Design Intelligence™ process** , we are fundamentally changing the expectations ourFederalclients have for true shared accountability in solving their toughest mission challenges.  As an  **employee owned** **company** , we focus on investing in our employees to enable them to do the greatest work of their careers – and rewarding them for outstanding contributions to our growth.
