Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Dissemination Cell Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and disseminating intelligence information to key stakeholders. You will support intelligence operations, working with senior government and military officials while ensuring the timely and secure downgrading of classified materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in intelligence analysis, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the intelligence cycle.

Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and analysis of intelligence dataEngage with senior-level government and military officials to communicate findingsDowngrade and disseminate classified materials following security protocolsProvide intelligence insights and recommendations in support of defense operationsUse analytical tools and methodologies to support intelligence production  Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in research and analysis8+ years of experience in intelligence or a related fieldExperience working within the Department of Defense (DoD)Experience engaging with senior government and military officialsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteActive TS/SCI clearance required, with willingness to take a polygraph exam

Additional Qualifications / Nice to Have:

Experience working in the Intelligence CommunityExperience downgrading classified materialsKnowledge of the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph

Nice If You Have:

4+ years of experience in all-source analysis productionExperience in data analytics, analysis, and visualizationStrong knowledge of the intelligence cycleA demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environmentsExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively brief stakeholders
