Job Description/ResponsibilitiesThe Distillery Leadership Development Professional will join Sazerac as a part of a leadership development program, which is the pipeline needed to support our expanding and evolving organization with the goal of developing into future leaders of the company. This program offers an exceptional opportunity to develop the leadership skills necessary to advance your career on an accelerated track.

2-year rotational program involving multiple functions including: Barrel Warehousing, Distilling, Planning & QualityOpportunity to lead projects/teams Professional developmentNetworking opportunities with department heads, peers, other LDP’s and senior leadership Continual feedback throughout rotational program Qualifications/Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in distillation, fermentation sciences, chemical engineering, chemistry, food process engineering, or related fieldAnticipated graduation date between December 2024 and June 20253.0 cumulative GPASelf-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learningTeam player with effective communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligenceStrong analytical skills and technical aptitudeDesire to lead teamsWillingness to relocatePermanent authorization to work in the United States for any employer
