Looking for a Bilingual Representative Responsible in Receiving and sorting of items, shipping, handle import/export, distribution activities, and pack customers’ orders. • Creating database file for all items with minimal discrepancies. • Keep control the Inventory of checks, Enter all inbound and outbound shipments into the system • Excellent Customer service communication via phone, email, or mail • POD upload in system, ensuring that all items meet the established delivery times. • Enter Cost transfer of all items to demonstrate all imports and exports. • Verify all OCASA AWB tracking (Import/Export) assuring items arrived at its destination. • Re-packing of items for distribution when is need it • Maintain all LOG controls • Use of USPS machine refill & inventory • Coordinate with agent and branches in LATAM of any pick-ups or receiving of packages coming or going out of the local office. • Daily verification of any discrepancies, (Import/Export) on SAP and inform of any delays or incident to the client.
