We are looking for an Inventory Manager for our state of the art distribution center that is currently under construction. Anticipated completion date is Q2, 2025. The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management within the distribution center, ensuring accurate inventory levels, efficient storage, and efficient flow of goods through the facility. They play a key role in optimizing inventory processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demand and operational objectives.

Responsibilities Develops and implements inventory management procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels and placement at facility, ensuring first in first out rotation.Manages and monitors inventory levels to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels. Ensures regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes take place to maintain accurate inventory records.Addresses issues or discrepancies with stock movement and takes corrective actions as needed. Works closely with other warehouses to address shipment issues.Analyzes inventory performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, stockout rates, and fill rates, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.Responsible for the Exotec system. Completes troubleshooting and minor fixes as needed.Manages replenishment of products via various methods with distribution center.Oversees Cubiscan data and process.Ensures efficient handling of consolidated vendor returns.Trains and develops inventory management associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.Other duties/responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree or logistics certification preferred5+ years previous supervisory experienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse management, or similarAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong computer skillsProficiency in relevant software and tools such as ERP systems, WMS, etc.
