Distribution Maintenance Manager

What Will You Do?

The Maintenance Manager will coordinate and direct the daily duties and functions of all maintenance departments and shifts in a distribution environment. This position will lead and mentor supervisors and technicians to achieve departmental goals. This position will also collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering and Distribution Management to service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, specify and establish preventive maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, facilities, and powered industrial vehicle (PIV) needs, to support the manufacturing processes.

 What Do You Need?

Associates Degree required.Bachelor's Degree in maintenance management, Supervisory Management or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.5 years’ experience in a maintenance field with practical experience in mechanical, electronics, hydraulics, powered industrial vehicle (PIV) and/or HVAC maintenance, RequiredPIV License, or ability to obtain within 60 days, RequiredKnowledge of industrial electronic systems, including 480V, 240V and DC voltages and Industrial hydraulics and fluid powerWho We Are
