As a member of the Commercial Market Excellence team, our Distribution Channel Performance Manager develops and executes a comprehensive producer distribution strategy for Cambia, collaborating with stakeholders to design commission programs, monitor performance, and drive results through effective producer partnerships – all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia: 

 

Qualifications:  

Minimum 10-12 years of experience working with producers and producer commissions in the insurance industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, R).

 

Skills and Attributes: 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across lines of business.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience with commission program design and implementation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

 

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

Develop a Comprehensive Producer Distribution Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a strategy that achieves business objectives and aligns with market trends, competitor activity, and producer performance data.

Analyze Market Trends and Data: Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and producer performance data to inform the broader strategy.

Drive Execution of Strategic Objectives: Partner with various teams, including sales, underwriting, marketing, and product, to execute tactics necessary to achieve strategic objectives.

Design and Implement Commission Programs: Partner with finance, sales, and sales operations to design and implement commission programs that drive desired producer behavior and business outcomes.

Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs for producer performance and commission programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Develop Cross-Market Producer Plans: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop cross-market, firm-level producer plans that enhance relationships and drive results.

Drive Process Improvements and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive initiatives.

The expected hiring range for a Distribution Channel Performance Manager is $126,00 - $129,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%.  The current full salary range for this role is $126,000 - $206,000.  #LI-remote
