Role purpose

To ensure timely and accurate counting and allocating of vault products to and from our customer baseBalance tills with cash and other value productsWork with internal parties to address corrections and reconcile discrepancies where requiredAdhere to designated compliance standardsComplete all Travelex regulatory training requirements in a timely manner

Key

accountabilities

Fulfilling customer orders through accurate picking, packing and despatching of cash in timely mannerAccounting for and balancing with appropriate systems Accurate Cash count and end of day balancing of tillsArchive all electronic and physical records as per Travelex compliance requirementsCompleting necessary documents on orders being despatched and receivedRaising any discrepancy issues to Cash Operations Team LeaderAny other reasonable instructions as required by the business
