In this role, you will:
Business development and management with broker channel partners
Plan and organize INSH Third Party Distribution Forum to review broker business progress and sales qualities issues
Timely check-in, reflect and resolve the pitfalls emerged in business.
Coordinate with relevant functions to actively support the business development of broker channel.
Narrative the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly business report
Lead the update of the DA with broker partners as well the update of channel management policies to fit the broker model changes and manage risks emerged
Oversee the management of compliance and risk control in broker channel, especially along with PINB establishment and expansion in China
