Distribution Marketing Specialist | Hybrid

What you do:

Drive sales results through marketing campaigns, materials, and programs. Direct the development of distribution marketing initiatives through project leaders in creative services. Create and execute tactical distribution marketing communication plans. Identify opportunities to improve existing marketing collateral. Promote proactive collaboration with marketing leadership, distribution partners and support departments to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of marketing initiatives. You will report to the Director of Distribution Marketing.

 

 Job functions:

Implement tactical marketing initiatives that support and create sales momentum for distribution, including:

· Recommend solutions and plans of action that drive sales results

· Manage initiatives on time and within budget

· Identify target markets and segments for marketing initiatives

· Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of marketing initiative results

· Ensure the accuracy of marketing materials across all mediums

· Manage maintenance of, and Identify opportunities to improve, existing marketing materials

· Remain current on industry trends and marketing materials and programs

 

Manage Projects:

· Provide product/distribution insights and marketing direction for communications, materials, messages, and promotions

· Drive the creation process of marketing projects with Creative Services and other support divisions

· Maintain communication and collaboration on projects. Help with special projects/teams

 

Manage Relationships:

· Promote communications with marketing, distribution and all functional areas to proactively promote marketing programs

· Build relationships with peers on the marketing, distribution and other support teams

· Collaborate with product development, distribution and training in the launch of new products

· Influence decisions to reflect the desired direction for marketing initiatives

 

What you bring:

· 4+ years’ experience required in sales and/or financial service, or a related industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

 

Base Salary Range $66,000-132,000k 

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
